    I meet top executives of the major companies in order to find out what they expect of our young graduates that include a solid scientific background and also, some key skills. In my talk, I will discuss the skills required to become a top engineering manager.

报告人简介：
    Marc LUCAS, professor in Mines ParisTech, Deputy Dean. My job is to set up a strategic vision for innovative higher education for executive engineers. I am mostly involved in competency and cross-cultural development of our students.
