Dr. Yossi Dashti is researching success factors of technology companies and teaching innovation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), entrepreneurship, strategy, and leadership at Ben Gurion University, Israel and at Peking University, China. In addition, Yossi is involved and serves on the Board of technology ventures and socially responsible organizations, in the US and Israel, including: Merage Foundation for US-Israel Trade, American Technion Society – Israel Institute of Technology, AIPAC, NATAL, YazamTech, and Israel Venture Networks.

Yossi served as a member of the California based Broadcom Corporation management team that led a NASDAQ:BRCM record-setting IPO and the M&A integration of over 20 acquired companies in multiple global locations. He served as a strategic and business development executive with Safeskin (NASDAQ:SFSK) where he prepared and positioned the company for acquisition by Kimberly-Clark (NYSE:KMB). He held global Information Technology and Electronic Commerce technical and managerial positions and was engaged in software development and ERP deployments with Western Digital, AST Computers, and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).
